Our latest epicurean immersion designed just for you is a day spent with our epicurean hero, Chef Calum, and the rest of his team at the stunning Cavalli Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. The tour includes the following:
- A tour of the organic veggie garden with their horticulturist Waldo, where you will also pick some seasonal vegetables for your lunch later on
- A private wine tasting of all of the estate’s wines with in-house sommelier Farai in their much lauded stables
- An art gallery tour
- A chat with Chef Calum, 3 course lunch and wine
