FAQS.

Where do I park? There is a paid parking structure conveniently located adjacent to the start point as well as loads of free parking around the waterfront precinct. Please see the Waterfront’s parking webpage.

What shall I bring? We like to keep it simple! You will want shoes comfortable to walk around in for 2 hrs. You may decide to carry water with you, but it will be easily available for purchase. We won’t be outdoors for very long periods of time but you may also like having sunscreen with you and if the weather is indicating rain perhaps an umbrella. There will be many opportunities to purchase items to take with you so we encourage bringing a bag to stash your goodies.

How many stops in total? How much will be consumed? There are seven stops along the tour and a combination of small bites and local beverages tastings, enough to hold you over for the duration of the tour but we encourage you to revisit your favorite stops for a post-tour meal.

Are children welcome on these tours? Yes! Children are absolutely welcome on the tours and they will enjoy a well-rounded experience along with adults. There are wine and beer tastings on the tours but these vendors will have local non-alcoholic alternatives available. Children under 2 are free admission.

Are gratuities expected? Our guides are passionate about what they do and are paid for their time but greatly appreciate any extra gratuities! As they would say, they will work for samosas (and maybe beer/wine!).

How far to book in advance? We recommend booking as far in advance as possible due to the exclusivity of the tours.

Do we offer vouchers? Yes! Vouchers are available for purchase, feel free to gift the experience to a friend!

What about dietary restrictions? We may not cater to all dietary restrictions but we welcome you to get in touch with us in regards to tailor-crafting a private tour for you and your group.

Can I book a private tour? Yes, we love private tours! Let us know how we can create the optimal experience for a team building, birthday parties, incentive group trips, etc.
