Day 1 Afternoon
There is no better way to embrace your arrival in the bush than with an inspiring and light flowing vinyasa yoga class or an indulgent yin class. Classes throughout your stay can be offered in the comfort of your room or at an exclusive, beautiful, outdoor location.
If the thought of moving a wine glass a distance further than your lips exhausts you, then perhaps easing in to your safari flow with a glass of award-winning wine in hand and a poolside body or beauty treatment is more what you need.
Once the body and mind is suitably relaxed, enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee and some dainties as you meet your ranger and their team who will be looking after you during your journey. With excitement at its peak, it is time to set off on your first afternoon safari. Get lost in the healing power of nature for a few hours as your guide shows you the sights, sounds and experiences of the bush. As the sun’s rays are ready to kiss the last of day light farewell and dip below the horizon, there will be time to stop for a revitalizing meditation session – absorbing the energy of the setting African sun.
Once back at camp, it is time to enjoy an al fresco dinner like no other, as you sample some of the best organic and locally sourced food lovingly prepared by your camp’s chefs and marvel at the kaleidoscope of stars above you. With all the excitement of the day catching up with you, falling asleep to the chorus of the night sounds and ensconced in the comfort of own villa, it may yet prove to be the best night sleep you have ever experienced.
Day 2
Your first African safari morning starts with a knock on your door and a freshly squeezed juice or cup of herbal tea. For a brief moment, indulge in the feeling of waking up on your very own wellness journey before putting on your bush gear and meeting your ranger and the rest of the team at the vehicle.
Driving through the landscape, watch as the surrounding bush comes alive with the dawning of a new day. Harnessing this energy, you will stop in a carefully selected location and enjoy a light morning yoga practice before heading off to enjoy a little more of your morning safari.
Just before you battle to distinguish between your belly rumbling and the lions roar, it is time to head back to camp and enjoy a wholesome breakfast.
The rest of the morning and early afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure with the option of enjoying a mindful workshop, spa and African healing treatments, personal reflection time and lunch.
Before you know it, it is time yet again to set off on another safari experience. Being sure to pack your walking shoes as a short drive will take you to your drop off point where it is time to then enjoy a mindful meditation bush walk. Walking in silence and letting yourself be swept away into the heart of the African bushveld is an experience you will not forget any time soon. A surprise dinner awaits at the end of your trail!
Once back in the sanctity of your hotel, it is time to put the feet up a little and maybe order a night cap and reflect on your day.

Day 3
It is time yet again for another exhilarating safari. This time enjoy stopping at a viewsite overlooking the landscape below and embrace in some breathing exercises as well as an indulgent yoga nidra session. With no rush or worries in the world, enjoy relaxing in this sacred spot with your ‘family’ as you sip on an array of tea, coffees and indulgent treats.
Carrying on with your journey back to camp, it is time for some breakfast and a day tailored just for you before meeting again for your afternoon safari. Paying homage to the power of the sun you will stop for a yoga class focused on sun salutations before continuing with your drive. As the sun sets so the magnificence of the night sky comes alive. Enjoy your last evening in the bush with a special stargazing session which is a very special form of meditation.
It is now time to enjoy a special final dinner before heading off to bed for a well deserved rest.
Day 4 Morning
With the dawning of your last day, it is time delight in the last of your wellness journey with us. Wake early and enjoy a guided sunrise meditation, embrace in one more safari drive and bush yoga class and ease into your final healing spa treatment.
With the mind and body now very much consciously mindful, it is time to say your farewells in preparation for your next inspiring destination, leaving healthier, happier and restored.
