Join us as we taste the stars and immerse yourself in to the very special world of MCC (Methode Cap Classique). The tour starts at a favoured coffee roastery in the winelands to line the stomach with coffee / tea and a pastry. Then the fun starts! We will ease in to the tasting with a relaxed MCC tasting under the oaks before we head for an in-depth discovery into the makings of premier Cap Classique. Taste MCC during the different stages of production in the underground cellar, try your hand at sabrage or disgorgement and then enjoy the much loved bubbly during a fresh, seasonal lunch outdoors.
