We offer assistance in curating both your wellness experiences as well as your entire luxury travel itinerary throughout Southern Africa.
Day 1 Afternoon
There is no better way to brush away the travel cobwebs than an inspiring and light flowing private vinyasa yoga class or an indulgent yin class. Classes throughout your stay can be offered in the comfort of your room, a secluded pre-organised spot at your hotel, a yoga studio or at an exclusive beautiful outdoor location.
If the thought of moving a champagne flute a distance further than your lips exhausts you, then perhaps easing in to the Cape Town flow with a glass of organic bubbly in hand and a poolside body or beauty treatment is more what you need.
Once the body and mind is suitably relaxed, enjoy one of the most well-known cable car rides of your life. Voted as one of the 7 Natural Wonders of the World and one of the most famous iconic sites in the world, there is no better way to get a lay of the land and feel truly a part of Cape Town than by spending your early evening exploring the sights and unparalleled views that being on top of Table Mountain affords.
As the sun’s rays are ready to kiss the last of day light farewell, it is time to don your jacket and get a taste of Cape Town’s evening offerings. If the body is craving a little more goodness, then let us book you in to one of our selected and award-wining organic, raw or vegan restaurants. Alternatively you can enjoy a delicious Afro-fusion dinner in one of the cities many acclaimed restaurants.

Day 2
Embrace your first morning with an energising private yoga class, alternatively let us deliver a freshly-pressed juice or power smoothie to you in bed and indulge in the feeling of finally waking up on your very own wellness.
Once you are feeling ready to face the outside world and with your hunger suitably appeased, it is time to enjoy a peninsula tour of the Cape. Enjoy the stunning coastal route, just recently voted one of the world’s best drives and visit the towns of Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Simon’s Town and Hout Bay, including a visit to Cape Point. Watch gleefully as the penguins go about their daily routine, enjoy some of the freshest fish available, hold on to your hats at Africa’s south-western most tip, spot the famous baboons and other wildlife and dip your toes in the meeting point of the Indian and Atlantic Ocean (or a quick swim if you dare!).
On the way back to Cape Town, pick from one of our inspiring art studios and immerse yourself in a Creative Guiding workshop. Creative Guiding is a unique tool for self-development that uses various forms of creative expression to connect to our own inner playfulness and potential. The emphasis is on the process and experience rather than the end product (although your very own art from your Southern Africa holiday will always be a treasured memory) and no art experience is necessary. In this workshop, you will explore one of the natural elements. The elements of nature can reveal qualities about our way of being that can be helpful to recognise when engaging with others and our environment.
Once back in the sanctity of your hotel, it is time to put the feet up a little and spruce up for a night on the town. With your creative juices now adequately flowing, head to one of the two biggest cultural and creative hotspots in town and enjoy a dinner either in the Woodstock precinct or at one of the restaurants along the popular Bree Street.

Day 3
Enjoy a sleep in as you look forward to your day of wellness with one of our Follow the Sun Angels. This full day immersion combines yoga with stress management techniques as well as a wellness session. One of our favourites is the ‘Mindful Living’ session focusing on mindfulness in our food, exercise and lifestyle choices. This wellness session looks at all aspects of mindful living and how you can implement and integrate these lifestyle choices to help you feel light, mindful, more grounded, connected and at peace. Break the day with a scrumptious lunch and then enjoy a unique mindful walk session, a spa treatment and end the day off with a final yoga nidra and relaxation period.
If you are not spending some nights in the Cape Winelands after your Cape Town stay, then all of this can be enjoyed in the splendour and beauty of one of our favourite wine farms where you can also enjoy picking your own fruit and vegetables which will be used in preparation for your very own lunch.
With the mind and body now very much consciously mindful, enjoy a dinner in the same relaxed pace at one of our top epicurean partner restaurants in the Constantia Wine Valley, with dinners ranging from fine dining and tapas, to seafood and rustic.

Day 4 Morning
With the dawning of your last day in Cape Town upon you, why not take the chance to experience something new – a SUP yoga class, both an awesome way to exercise and enjoy the water.
After drying off, it is time to head to the V&A Waterfront and soak up your last few Cape Town experiences and possibly stock up on any keepsakes you may wish to take home with you to remind you of your time in this special city. From here you will be transported to the airport or your next destination.
If you would like to purchase an eco-friendly mat from us during your stay, please let us know. This mat can then be taken home with you to use elsewhere or donated to our charity.
